How Our Consultancy Works

We design tailored soft skills and employability training modules – in-house branded or tailor-made. Our work evolves to countries where there is educational reform on public/private funded projects.  These are centred on large-scale blended learning training and upskilling solutions.  The work we do typically supports teachers and trainers. Offering innovative monitoring and evaluation (M&E) mechanisms for consultancy is something we do using digital tools and user-friendly platforms.  These are designed to measure project impact and sustainability. Unimenta delivers imaginative and creative experiential learning training designed to create change and progression.

Our work includes a range of projects in emerging markets as well as with corporate clients developing tailored programmes. The consultancy work is linked to core employability skills, developing teachers and trainers, materials development, monitoring and evaluation as well as bespoke design of soft skills training.

Affinity Sutton worked with Unimenta on the Advantage 7 Skills for the Future programme, aimed at helping residents with significant barriers into work. The programme was very structured and provided the foundation needed to help residents change their outlook on life; challenged their negative perceptions and allowed them to step out of their world and take a birds eye view of their situation.

Emma Sue led and devised a SME Mentoring Scheme in West London on which I was a mentor. Emma Sue is an inspiring and informed leader. Not only did she and her team design and deliver a scheme which yielded positive outcomes for both me, my mentee and the other partnerships, Emma ue also delivered invaluable business and business-relationship development sessions which were a huge benefit to all. She instilled a wonderfully collegiate atmosphere which allowed mentoring relationships to blossom in a creative and trusting environment.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated your work on EQUIPT and what a consistently high quality your input was. No matter what DFID and others decide now the Baseline materials will stand the test of time, many of the trainers have now moved onto greater things and you can feel rightfully proud of your work.

I have worked with Emma Sue on a range of projects in the UK and internationally including management training events at the European Business School in London; communication skills and employability skills teacher training programmes and exams for students in Europe and Asia and in-company training programmes in South Africa and Abu Dhabi. I have found her to be creative and dynamic with imaginative and effective ways of working. I would thoroughly recommend her both personally and professionally.
