This week it’s all about mindful kindness. You’ll actively bring a little joy or comfort into somebody else’s life. At the same time, when you do this, you’ll notice that your own day becomes more peaceful and invigorating!
Each day this week try to do one act of kindness for somebody else – but you must do it anonymously. It could be anything – doing someone else’s dishes, leaving a coffee or sweet treat on a colleague’s desk, maybe even putting a stranger’s litter in the bin – however big or small the act of kindness is doesn’t matter – just make sure you don’t tell anyone that you did it.
Resist the temptation to talk about your act of kindness and just experience it.
