Whether online or face-to-face, our high impact sessions focus on building stronger self-awareness of adaptability, empathy, critical thinking, integrity, optimism, being proactive and resilient. We align them with organisation and performance objectives and work with all levels and departments – from junior and senior associates to partners and support staff.
What we do with Law Firms
These highly interactive live 90-minutes sessions focus on building adaptability and optimism during high uncertainty and change; supercharging productivity whilst working from home and building collaboration and new opportunities within teams.
All of our sessions include up to 4 optional one-to-one coaching either in person or online. These sessions are to enable workshop participants to go into more depth to apply the skills in their personal and professional lives.
Working with multi-discipline groups of up to 12, we deliver highly experiential awareness-raising half-day and full-day programmes which include individual feedback, copy of the book and one-to-one optional coaching. Currently on hold until restrictions lift.

In May we complete our online masterclasses within CMS CEE region working with practice group partners. We are working with the real estate practice group, commercial disputes practice group, banking and finance practice group and energy projects practice group on a range of areas pertinent to emerging from COVID-19.

Our Success Stories
Since 2018 we’ve been running successful modular workshops with CMS in London, Edinburgh, Bucharest and Warsaw. The sessions are aligned to CMS Modus behaviours and competences and run in mixed groups with different disciplines and levels of the organisation as well as with groups of associate lawyers and are firmly embedded within the company’s training objectives. Delegates also receive individual feedback reports and up to 4 optional individual coaching sessions.
In 2019 we were delighted to be invited to lead sessions to young people on the Clifford Chance PRIME programme which ensures that anyone wanting to enter the world of law has an equal chance to do so, regardless of their background.
Our sessions in Adaptability and Critical Thinking were very well received and each young person received individual feedback to support their personal and professional development.
Running a half-day awareness-raising experiential session on Critical Thinking, Optimism and Adaptability skills with a group of lawyers and senior partners was a fantastic experience.
